ReLift Warranty
This Limited Warranty is issued by ReLift, LLC to the Original Purchaser of reclaimed, reconditioned, or refurbished items sold by ReLift, LLC.
Definitions and Exclusions
- Warranty is limited to the Original Purchaser and begins upon receipt of the item by the Original Purchaser.
- “Original Purchaser” is the person or entity that was invoiced by ReLift, LLC for the item.
- Wear items that deteriorate as part of normal use, such as filters, tires, brakes, tanks, and forks, are not covered under this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not apply to an item subjected to abuse, misuse, improper handling, abnormal physical stress, abnormal environmental conditions or use contrary to any owner’s manual.
Reclaimed Product
- Reclaimed product is sold ‘as is, where is’. While a reclaimed product has been inspected and confirmed to be in working condition, there is no warranty on a reclaimed product.
Reconditioned Product Warranty
Equipment (Excluding Batteries)
- All equipment is inspected by ReLift, LLC.
- All necessary repairs as determined by ReLift based on that inspection have been made, ensuring that there are no leaks and all wear items are in good working condition, including tires.
- Unit includes 180-day full bumper to bumper warranty on all parts, including engine, transmission, drive, and axle.
Industrial Batteries
- Batteries must be maintained and watered on a documented regular schedule.
- Batteries must be charged with a charger of matching Amp hour and voltage capacity. Amp hour rating of the charger must be within 10% of battery Amp hour.
- This Limited Warranty is voided if any of the following occur:
- Battery is cycled more than once per 24 hours.
- Opportunity charging occurs.
- Battery is charged using electromechanical timer-controlled chargers.
- Unit includes 180-day full warranty.
Refurbished Product Warranty
Equipment (Excluding Batteries)
- All equipment is inspected by ReLift, LLC.
- All necessary repairs as determined by ReLift based on that inspection have been made, ensuring that there are no leaks and all wear items are in good working condition, including tires.
- The unit has been repainted.
- Unit includes 180-day full bumper to bumper warranty on all parts, including engine, transmission, drive, and axle.
Industrial Batteries

Conditions
This Limited Warranty is the only warranty provided by ReLift, LLC. This Limited Warranty may not be assigned or transferred by the Original Purchaser. Original Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty is repair (or at ReLift, LLC’s sole option, replacement) of the item by ReLift, LLC. ReLift, LLC reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty at any time. This Limited Warranty can only be amended in writing by an authorized representative of ReLift, LLC.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, RELIFT, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PURCHASED ITEM, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE. BY PURCHASING THE ITEM, ORIGINAL PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS NOT RELIED UPON ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE BY RELIFT, LLC, OR ANY OTHER PERSON ON RELIFT LLC’S BEHALF, EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
